WHERE'S THE SNOW?

Where's all the snow? When are you opening? Two questions all avid winter-lovers across Ontario are asking lately, including Brimacombe's more than 150,000 dedicated members and annual visitors.

Well, we at Brimacombe are working on it. Our team is working hard and the guns are ready, now let's all cheer on Mother Nature to put some chill in her step and do a little snowdance while we're at it (see this inspirational snowdance video if you're feeling unenthused).

With a few dips in the upcoming forecast, we are prepped and ready to make snow every chance we get -- and, with new, state-of-art snowmaking equipment in place for the 2015/16 season, we will be able to produce snow on the slopes faster than ever before (we literally have 50 snowguns lining the trails, waiting to go!)

Unfortunately, due to the current weather conditions, we have officially cancelled our Christmas Camps, which originally were to be held from December 21/15 to January 3/16. But don't fret, we are still offering our PA Day Camp on January 22, 2016.

The great news is Brimacombe Snow School's eight-week lessons are still a go on their original start date. If for some reason we are forced to delay the start dates by a week, the whole program would simply shift a week later, and we would be sure to let you know via the website and social media channels.

In exciting and more snowy news...back by popular demand, Brimacombe will be hosting its #SendMeSnow contest for the second year in a row -- offering one lucky household the promise of snow, just in time for the holidays! The winner of this one-of-a-kind contest will receive up to 25 yards of snow spread across their front lawn on December 23, 2015. Rest assured, the (perspectively) small amount of snow that will be dumped on one winner's front lawn will not affect the opening day of Brimacombe in any way.
