The Marketing Assistant will aid with the development, planning and execution of all marketing programs, promotions and events, as required. Reporting to the Marketing and Promotions Manager, this role will work closely with all departments and partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and development.
Requirements
Applicants should possess excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, including an advanced ability to read, write, and speak English; computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe applications; ability to multi-task and manage tight deadlines. Background knowledge of the ski/snowboard industry, or a strong interest in learning, is an asset.

The candidate must also possess strong organizational and accounting skills, have a working knowledge of Simply Accounting and be familiar with Microsoft Office applications. The candidate must also be able to work on own initiative. Previous office administrative experience is required.
This position requires the ability to work weekdays April to November and variable shifts during our winter operational period, including weekends.

Our year-round staff have been, and still are, hard at work, completing a number of maintenance and property improvement projects, as well as planning the programs and events for next season.
The removal of these T-Bars have created some exciting changes in this area that will improve both traffic flow and skiable terrain!
