Though the slopes are closed for skiing and snowboarding most Monday's our Snow makers, Groomer operators, and Maintenance staff keep the hill buzzing with activity. Today was no different, snow making went into full force just after the lifts closed yesterday and has carried on throughout the day. Our groomers are currently pushing out the new snow and by tomorrow morning there will be little visible trace of the hard work that goes into maintaining this facility.

Here's a couple shots of our Standard run..."under construction" today!

Piling it up...

Pushing it out...

Making it smooth.

!SPECIAL NOTICE!

It is with great disappointment that we announce the cancellation of Men's Day at Brimacombe, due to lack of ticket sales. While there seemed to be great interest surrounding this event, it unfortunately did not materialize into the sale of tickets.

The February 8 event was to be this year's major fundraiser for the Canadian Association of Disabled Skiing in Durham -- an organization currently in great financial need -- and we thank everyone who purchased tickets to the event for their support!

If you purchased a ticket to this event, please visit the Main Office in the East Chalet for a full refund, or call 905.983.5983 to speak with a customer service representative.

If you won tickets to event, please visit Brimacombe's Main Office to exchange your tickets for a set of daily lift passes of equal value.

For all those still interested in supporting CADS Durham, please join us at Brimacombe on February 27 as we cheer on Brimacombe's own Matt Morison on the big screen as he makes his Olympic debut in Vancouver.

In recognition of Matt's accomplishments, a portion of all lift ticket sales on Feb. 27, will go towards supporting future winter athletes through the Making Winter Winners program and the Canadian Association for Disabled Skiing (CADS) in Durham.

EVERYONE is invited!

Thank you in advance for your understanding and continued support!
